Meet Rajesh the founder of Maverick Management Services, boasting over 30 years of diverse experience in manufacturing, trading, and financial services across Russia, the Middle East, and India. Formerly serving as Managing Director at Quest Holding in Dubai, Rajesh managed operations for a leading petrochemical company with a turnover exceeding US$ 1 billion.

Prior to that, he led international operations at Hindustan National Glass & Industries Limited in Mumbai, India’s largest container glass company. His tenure as CEO at Zao Srei Leasing in Moscow involved supporting SMEs in the infrastructure sector, backed by major financial institutions from UK(EBRD), Germany (DEG), and Netherlands (FMO).

With nearly a decade spent in Moscow with Continental Beverages Group (UK), Rajesh handled global brands like Schweppes and Virgin drinks. Rajesh’s vast international exposure and expertise in start-ups, mergers and acquisitions, and financial management drive Maverick Management Services’ commitment to excellence and client success.

Ajay Kumar is a Chartered Accountant from India and a fellow of Chartered Institute of Management Accountant UK. A senior leader in the financial services industry with more than 35 years of experience. Ajay is currently Practicing in London, UK and is also part of global network of Chartered Accountants. He has previously worked with Citibank, Barclays Bank, JP Morgan and SIDBI in India, Ireland, Singapore and UK in leadership roles in Trade finance and transaction banking.

Ajay has expertise in the area of International Taxation, Trade Finance, FX and Cash settlement, Anti Money Laundering, Financial Fraud, Robotic Process Automation and advising start-ups in addition to core accounting, financial statements and analysis.

Outside of work, Ajay is the chairperson of ICAI UK chapter and is part of Career Ready and Team London Charities involved with mentoring and guiding young people for their future career.

Kaushal has 15+ years experience across Digital Category Leaders, Entrepreneurship and Strategy Consulting.  He has deep operating leadership experience driving revenue and user/ subscriber/ transaction growth at Zalora (Fashion Ecommerce), PCCW Viu (OTT), Lenskart (Omnichannel Retail), 123Greetings (Ecards publisher).

Kaushal has built and led cross-functional teams across tech product management, new product development, marketing, customer service, logistics/ shipping, analytics, strategy and execution to drive growth.  Geographically he has experience across SEA, India, Middle-East, Africa, and US markets.  He has built and managed high-performing teams of 50+. Kaushal is an MBA from Indian School of Business (Young Leader Awardee) and BBM from Singapore Management University (Magna cum Laude).

Nidhi Jain is a senior member in Maverick management Services for last 5 years. She has more than 10 years of experience in offering unparalleled expertise and unwavering commitment to client success. Prior to Maverick Management Services, she was part of Ernst & Young for 5 years handling Direct Taxation (Transfer Pricing & International Taxation) aspects for clients in various industries with global footprint.

Muhammad Zulqarnain is a seasoned professional with a robust background in both banking and management consultancy. With four years of experience in various departments of leading banks such as Habib Bank Limited and Allied Bank Limited, he has developed a strong understanding of financial systems and client relations.

His expertise extends to strategic advisory roles, where he currently serves as a Compliance Manager at Maverick Management Consultancy. Zulqarnain’s academic credentials include a bachelor’s degree from the University of Gujrat, further solidifying his foundation in business and finance.

Danica Winola Wilson Dsouza – is an Assistant Executive who provides strategic research support and works closely with the Managing Director to facilitate seamless day-to-day operations.She plays a vital role in ensuring compliance and process oversight, while supporting risk management initiatives that strengthen organizational stability and governance.
